Communication with customers and key accounts, agents, and sales managers. Follow end-to-end order to shipment process, ensuring timely shipping.



Management of returned goods in accordance with agents, clients, and logistics. Compiling orders' reports, tracking shortages and delays, and communicating with the customer where required. Preparation of reports related to the availability of goods.
