As the Team Leader, you will be there from day one - building and leading a team of Technicians, Engineers and Senior Engineers whose expertise powers service delivery across MacGregor’s European branches. Your mission: grow our service capacity, drive customer satisfaction and put Trieste on the map as an integral part of our global service network. More tasks and responsibilities

Plan, prioritize, and manage workloads for a team of Technicians, Engineers and Service Engineers supporting multiple MacGregor European branches.
Lead, coach, and develop the service engineering team, including competence planning, training, quality, safety, and HR matters.
Serve as the primary contact between the Trieste hub and other company branches.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards; provide business reporting including utilization forecasts.
