Job Description

The Production Supervisor manages assembly and testing activities, ensuring
execution following production plans, priorities, and quality standards.

You will play an important part in leading and developing the production team
daily, monitoring performance, and supporting the resolution of operational
issues, reporting directly to the Production Manager. On-site work.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES





* Coordinate daily assembly and testing activities to provide a smooth
production flow
* Lead production operators on the shopfloor, encouraging a collaborative and
high-performance team environment
* Assign tasks and manage workforce deployment based on production priorities
and capacity
* Monitor team performance and ensure understanding of daily and weekly
production targets
* Analyze main production Measurements (efficiency, productivity, output, and
schedule adherence)
* Support team performance through feedback, and management
* Manage team dynamics, including conflict resolution and engagement, to
maintain a positive working environment
* Identify and escalate operational issues, driving problem resolution together
with support responsibilities
* Build daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
