Job Description

At ASEM, we are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Planner to join our
team to ensure efficient, timely production flow that meets company quality
standards.

What will you be doing?

* Ensure efficient and timely production planning aligned with customer demand,
material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
* Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain weekly/monthly production plans
based on forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
* Resource Optimization: Allocate machinery, labor, and time effectively to
maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
* KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators such as OEE,
