We are looking for a Lead Power Systems Architect to join our Direct Current Data Center Incubator, where you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the transition to next‑generation Direct Current data center architectures.
This is a high‑visibility, highly strategic role at the intersection of technology innovation, customer solutions, and industry leadership. You will lead the Direct Current Architecture Workstream, translating customer needs into robust, scalable, and future‑ready technical solutions,
while working in close partnership with peers leading LVDC Distribution and Direct Current Source workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
As Lead Power Systems Architect, you will:
- Own the technical direction of Direct Current architecture solutions for data centers, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Design end‑to‑end Direct Current power systems, from concept to pilot and deployment, combining current product portfolios with future technologies.
- Design advanced control strategies,
