Your Job
The Industrial Engineer will play a key role in supporting new product introductions and ongoing product lifecycle management through the creation and maintenance of technical and process data within SAP and MII systems.
This role acts as a critical link between R&D;, operations, and commercial teams, ensuring accurate product configuration, efficient production processes, and high data integrity to support manufacturing performance and customer requirements.
This job is 100% office based in our Molex Verdellino site.

The role involves regular interaction with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, Production, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, and global Molex teams.
The team consists of approximately 7-8 full-time employees (FTEs), offering a collaborative and hands-on environment. This position reports directly to the Hiring Manager (HM) within the R&D; structure.
What You Will Do
Product & Data Management
- Create and maintain SAP master data including material masters, BOMs, routings, production versions, and product hierarchies
- Prepare technical documentation for new product introduction and product modifications
- Manage labelling data and regulatory requirements (UL/CSA), ensuring compliance and system accuracy

Process & Continuous Improvement
- Define and maintain manufacturing process flows in MII, including process sheets and production parameters
- Analyse product construction, materials, and perfor
