Milan or Rome
For our offices in Milan or Rome, we are looking for a Junior Digital Analyst , also open to candidates with little or no prior work experience, to join the Digital team and support activities related to Web Analytics, digital performance measurement, and insight generation for clients and internal teams.




The position is open to candidates with up to 2 years of experience, or those who have recently completed an internship or a master’s program.
What you will do
- Support the analysis of website and digital campaign performance using data and business KPIs
- Create reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio)
- Monitor key Digital Marketing KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, media performance)
- Work alongside the team to identify insights and opportunities to optimize user experience and digital strategies
- Collaborate with media, CRM, and other stakeholders to interpret data and support decision-making
