You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our CTO and the engineering team, with real ownership over what you ship:
Full-stack feature work across our multiple Web Applications — Python back-end through to React/JavaScript front-end
Working close to the AI layer that powers the product — agents, automation, machine learning, and the latest models
New modules in our Mobile App (iOS & Android)
Modern cloud architecture done right
You build it, you own it.





3–6 years building web applications in Django-React (or a similar framework) and/or Mobile Applications in React Native
~ A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent (Bachelor’s or above)
~ English at B2 or higher

Full-time, permanent contract
~ Set-up: mainly remote, 1-2 days/month on-site in our Milan office (Porta Romana)
~€35-65k OTE + food stamps (range is adjusted based on the candidate seniority)
