The ideal candidate is responsible for supporting the Product Specialist/Manager in developing new products and trend collections to enhance the product portfolio within the assigned area. Oorganizes and manages sample preparation activities for use in product presentations by Sales and industry trade shows. Coordinates information among the various departments involved in trade shows/events.

Within the NPD function, the candidate reports to the Product Specialist/Manager and performs the following tasks:
- Support the Product Specialist/Manager during the development of new formulas and collections, following regional marketing strategies and portfolio gaps




- Propose new product ideas by collaborating with R&D; and the Technology & Process Innovation Team
- Research new technologies and contribute to the technical evaluation of products
- Evaluate product performance to support development
- Assist the Product Specialist/Manager in benchmarking market comparisons, highlighting similarities within the Chromavis formula portfolio
- Coordinate samples preparation distribution and sales order forms for materials and bulk
- Coordinate samples preparation requested by Marketing and Sales
- Coordinate tracking of internal orders
- Manage the release of textures and samples needed for industry trade shows

Requirements:
- Preferably a three-year degree; a high school diploma as a minimum requirement if accompanied by significant experience in similar roles
- At least 1-2 year of work experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of the English language;
