This role sits within eBay Live and focuses on growing the marketplace through seller acquisition, partnerships, and inventory expansion.



The role combines business development, analytics, negotiation, and people leadership, with responsibility for both individual impact and team development.
Maintain a healthy business development pipeline through accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis across the funnel.
Negotiate business terms with sellers and inventory partners, draft term sheets, and partner with Legal to complete contracts.
Use market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, new business models, and partnership opportunities in live shopping and e-commerce.
Coach and develop Business Development Associates and Sales Coordinators by strengthening selling, negotiation, and analytical skills, while fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
3+ years of experience in business development and/or an account executive role, with a strong focus on results.
