Technical Account Manager- Cyber Security

What will you do:

Arrow is looking for a Technical Account Manager-Cyber Security to join our team
in Milan or Bolzano. You’ll be working in the technical department promoting our
company's products and IT solutions to the Partners.

Acquiring the necessary certifications and Network and Storage – based solutions
in our Vendor Portfolio will be part of your continuous development of the
necessary skills.

After the first enablement you’ll be supporting the internal departments and
then delivering technical presentations, demos, PoC (Proof of concepts)
implementations,



conducting trainings and webinars and providing technical
advice and support for customers. You’ll also be participating in technology
fairs and events.

Technical Account Manager- Cyber Security

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?

* Supporting the business teams in the development, construction of offers to
the clients and answering different technical questions on your assigned
solutions.

* Obtain technical certifications and expand your practical skills for
different Vendors.

* Training, webinar, technical presentations, product demos, PoCs.

* Customer visits (virtual and onsite) by Vendor competence with sales
colleagues.

* Working on a defined list of customers to enable or to develop according to
the Business Unit needs

* Continuously being trained in the latest technologies.

* Manage Customer support cases by using our ticketing system.
