Summary: The Warehouse Operator is responsible for executing a wide range of warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and documentation management. This role ensures accurate handling of materials and compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards across various warehouse functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Load/unload vehicles at the loading dock and conveyors.
- Control, clean, prepare, and identify materials for sampling and production.
- Use computer systems to record material activities (splitting, consumption, merging).
- Perform warehouse movements using radio frequency or manual system entry.
- Retrieve/store raw materials and products at controlled temperatures.
- Prepare shipments of bulk products, finished goods, and samples.
- Manage LGV, MHS, and WLIC automatic handling systems.
- Print attachments using the Printing Tool and verify material quantity and integrity.
- Support QA in quarantine material movements and fiscal destructions.




- Assist with fiscal and customer inventories and external warehouse logistics.
- Create LM requests for miscellaneous materials for other departments. If assigned to Shipping activities:

Prepare documentation and labels for shipments and verify loading accuracy.
- Create transport documents and record activities in sugar registers.
- Maintain archives for shipment documentation and forward certificates and batch records.
- Support accounting and administrative loading of goods arrivals and print reports.
- Coordinate shipment scheduling with internal departments and verify inventory alignment. If assigned to Goods Incoming activities:
- Load materials into the system, verify documentation, and print labels and reports.
- Open NCIMs for non-conforming materials and support unloading operations.
- Notify departments of deliveries and assist with material retrieval.
