Lead execution of complex multi-disciplinary IC programs

Align technology strategy with business objectives
Mentor project leaders and senior engineers
MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering
15+ years semiconductor development experience
Proven technical leadership of multiple successful products
Broadband optical communication IC development across architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging, test and validation
Product development lifecycle
Risk and stakeholder management
Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required
