As an
Expert Contract Support HSEQ, you will be part of the
Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality
function . Specifically, your team collects HSEQ procurement needs from the function's internal units and from Eni's Business Units or Companies and, in collaboration with process owners, translates them into Technical Specifications and other documentation required for preparing tenders.
Main activities:
Gather HSEQ procurement needs and articulate them in Technical Specifications and other necessary documentation
Track the quantitative requirements of services and goods to be procured
Ensure the correct and timely preparation of work orders, acquisition forms (MdA) and allocations
Support the preparation of tenders
Manage and update supplier contractual documentation
Verify supplier performance by issuing relevant feedback and applying any penalties.
Required characteristics:
Master's degree in Law; different qualifications, even lower ones, may be taken into consideration following significant experience in the field
At least 1.5 years of experience in similar roles
Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, HSEQ processes
Knowledge of SAP System
Good knowledge of the English language.
