We are looking for 5 young students for our Genoa Fiumara site to be included in an internship with the aim of developing their thesis on the topic of Robotics on the following subjects: Real-Time Energy-Aware Traversability Mapping via Multi-Modal Fusion for Autonomous UGV Path Planning (unique code: TM ********_IH) Model-Mediated Teleoperation for object manipulation in delayed communication (unique code: TM ********_IH) Vision-Language-Action models for autonomous mobile robot navigation (unique code: TM ********_IH) Development of a sensorized end-effector for precise operations (unique code: TM ********_IH) Sensor fusion in learning-based state stimulation for legged robots with switching conditions (unique code: TM ********_IH) Educational Qualification: Master's student in STEM, with a particular interest in engineering and computer science.
Seniority: Junior Behavioral Skills: Proactivity; Ability to work in a team; Learning orientation; Flexibility.
Language Skills: Advanced knowledge of English, B2-C1 level.
IT Skills: Programming languages: C/C++, Python Basic knowledge of kinematics, dynamics, and control of robotic systems Linux operating systems (e.g., Ubuntu), ROS/ROS2 environment Other: Willingness to undertake short business trips within the national territory.
How does the selection process work?
Following the collection of applications, the CVs most in line with the required qualifications are evaluated and identified.
Selected candidates undergo an introductory interview with the Human Resources team and with the Business, where technical topics, motivation, and personal attitudes will be explored.
