The Labor Analyst contributes, based on estimates, actuals, progress and program requirements, to the elaboration and updating of the production plan, related workloads and the industrial plan/budget for direct and indirect labor.
They also monitor the trend of production performance through structured analysis of the main functional KPIs, labor actuals and deviations from plan and budget, contributing to the development of periodic reporting and analyzes to support operational and managerial decisions.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Understand the production process, work organization and the main information flows supporting production, in order to correctly interpret loads, progress, actuals and performance; Support the drafting and monitoring of the production plan,
workloads and the industrial plan/budget for labor, based on actuals, progress and program requirements; Detect, analyze and control direct and indirect, internal and external labor actuals, ensuring the coherence and reliability of the data to support analyzes; Monitor production performance through integrated analysis of the main functional KPIs, highlighting deviations from the planned and contributing to the analysis of related causes, impacts on the forecast and possible corrective or improvement actions; Prepare periodic reporting, dashboards and structured analyzes to support management and production functions, contributing to the automation, standardization and improvement of reporting and monitoring tools; Acquire and develop knowledge relating to timing logics, supporting the analysis of assigned times and any deviations from realized times.
Regardless of the specificity of Know-how pertaining to the different areas of activity, must possess knowledge relating to: Principles of data analysis, KPIs and performance measurement; Logics of planning, budgeting and control in the industrial sector; Principles of organization and analysis of production processes.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics or similar technical-managerial disciplines; Alternatively, a technical high school diploma with experience consistent with the role.
EXPERIENCE No significant prior experience is required; a period of on-the-job training and coaching is provided; A first experience in production, Industrial Engineering, planning or performance analysis is a plus.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS Excellent knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems, Business Intelligence tools and databases; knowledge of SAP,
Power BI and Microsoft Access is a plus; Availability for occasional short business trips within Italy or abroad.

How does the selection process work?
Following the collection of applications, the CVs most in line with the required requirements are evaluated and identified.
