As a
Shipping Expert , you will be part of the
Costiero Gas Livorno
company . Specifically, you will be responsible for managing LPG shipments and distribution.
Main activities:
Enforce tax and customs regulations by verifying tax documents, managing excise duty recovery vouchers, compiling daily and monthly excise duty summaries, printing tax registers, managing ship unloading assessment reports as per Customs Regulations, assisting with quarterly inventories in consultation with Customs, and monitoring legal decline calculations.
Manage manual queries for updates, voluntary disclosures (calculations and payment of excise duty due), reports on filling denaturing bays, requesting registration numbers, printing and certifying tax registers, checking surety bonds and global guarantees.
Manage product storage, shipping, and receiving activities (receiving vouchers, loading, data verification, and document delivery)
Monitor supplier activities for product shipping and receiving, manage procurement forms, RDAs, and the archiving of fiscal and commercial documents related to receiving, storage, and shipping activities, as well as SOA reports.




Manage operational activities: opening of the day, preventive and definitive ship assessments, checking and resolving anomalies - consulting manuals for updates.
Required characteristics:
High school diploma
At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in similar roles
Availability to work daily shifts.
