/li liServe as the primary technical and managerial point of reference for operational functions within the plant.
/li liChampion a strong safety culture by promoting awareness, training, and adherence to company procedures and best practices.

/li liPartner closely with HR, the Plant Manager, and the EHS Manager on workforce planning, talent development, performance management, and all activities related to employee health and safety at the site.

/li liSolid knowledge of workplace safety regulations, quality standards, and operational best practices within a manufacturing setting.
