RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver an excellent level of customer service with a strong focus on CRM, client book management, and after-sales activities Maintain company standards at all times, supporting visual merchandising, stockroom activities, and cash desk operations Stay up to date with collections, demonstrating deep product knowledge alongside a proactive and constructive attitude
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years' experience within premium or luxury fashion, with RTW experience Proven ability to build and maintain strong and lasting client relationships Exceptional communication skills, with an energetic, responsible, and autonomous approach Fluency in Russian or Arabic and English is required
