Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a successful and growing luxury interiors business with their search for a Showroom Assistant to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong customer service background who is confident building relationships and has a genuine interest in interiors and design. You will be joining a friendly and collaborative team in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.
DAY TO DAY:
Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Guiding customers through the sales process from enquiry to purchase
Providing advice on products, pricing, and suitability
Preparing quotations and arranging deliveries
Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
Providing aftersales support and resolving queries
Updating the CRM system and maintaining accurate customer records
Making outbound calls and following up with customers




Supporting the wider showroom team and maintaining a welcoming environment
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
Previous sales or customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident building rapport with customers
A proactive and hands-on approach
Experience using a CRM system and Microsoft Office
A genuine interest in interiors, design, or luxury products
