We are looking for a Recruiter to join our EMEA Recruiting Operations team and lead end-to-end recruitment activities for our businesses across Italy. This role is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys managing multiple searches, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience in an international environment. Reporting to the Regional Lead Recruiting Operations EMEA, you will work closely with Hiring Managers, People Partners and colleagues across Europe to attract and hire top talent. /pulliManage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across Italy, from intake meeting to offer stage. /liliTypically manage a portfolio of approximately 30-35 open requisitions across different business functions and levels. /liliPartner with Hiring Managers and People Partners to understand hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies. /liliSource and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks and other sourcing channels. /liliCreate engaging job advertisements and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. /liliConduct candidate screening and manage interview coordination. /liliBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. /liliSupport employer branding initiatives, career events and recruitment marketing activities. /liliUse Workday and recruiting technologies to manage recruitment activities and maintain data accuracy.



/liliProvide market insights and talent intelligence to hiring stakeholders. /liliContribute to process improvement initiatives and recruiting best practices across the EMEA region. /liliSupport recruitment activities in other European countries when required. /li /ulh3Your Profile / Qualifications /h3pWhat you bring /pulliPrevious experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition. /liliExperience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. /liliConfidence in partnering with Hiring Managers and providing recruitment advice. /liliStrong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools. /liliExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. /liliA proactive, solutions-oriented and customer-focused mindset. /liliAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team. /liliExperience with Workday or other Applicant Tracking Systems is an advantage. /liliFluency in Italian and English is required. /liliAdditional European languages are a plus. /li /ulh3What makes you successful /h3pYou are a recruiter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can balance quality,
