The role offers exposure to all project phases, from design through construction and handover. /ppResponsibilities /pulliAssist with cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for MEP works. /liliReview and analyze contractor and supplier quotations. /liliMonitor project costs, forecasts, variations, and change orders.



/liliSupport procurement and tendering activities. /liliPrepare regular cost reports and track project KPIs. /liliTake on increasing responsibility for your own project workstreams, helping to ensure effective cost management and financial control for our clients throughout the project lifecycle. /liliCollaborate with design, construction, procurement, and client teams. /li /ululliRecent graduate from an engineering, construction economics, Quantity Surveying or construction‑related degree. /liliStrong interest in project financial management, related tools, and the construction sector as a whole. /liliMechanical, Electrical Plumbingknowledge. /liliFirst practical experience in building construction projects. /liliProficient in using bMicrosoft Office and Microsoft Project /b, and you are comfortable working with these tools on a daily basis. /liliEnjoy tackling complex challenges and working in an international environment. /liliFluentin Italian and English;strong written communication skills, able to produce reports in both languages. /liliGood command of Microsoft Office tools. /li /ulpOur inspired people share our vision and our purpose.
