Technical Sales Advisor Norh West (Milano, IT, *****)
In this role, you support B2 B customers in the gourmet artisan channel with highly technical, consultative guidance on cocoa, chocolate, and pastry ingredients.
You bridge Chocolate Academy, Commercial, R&D;, and Marketing to drive product development, trials, and customization for end users, labs, and bakeries.
You'll deliver trainings, demonstrations, and technical presentations while participating in trade fairs, traveling across the Valle d'Aosta-Lombardia-Liguria-Piemonte region.
You contribute to recipe optimization and production improvements through cross-functional collaboration and hands-on support.
Develop and manage B2 B customers in the gourmet artisan channel leveraging existing networks Provide technical/application support on cocoa, chocolate, pastry and bakery ingredients, including troubleshooting and process improvement Serve as a bridge between Chocolate Academy, Commercial,



R&D; and Marketing for product development and trials Support sales activities via visits, demos, and hands-on trials across semi-industrial and industrial scales Deliver technical training, workshops and product presentations; represent the company at trade fairs and events Professional background in pastry, bakery, or chocolate production with strong technical expertise Italian native speaking Additional languages a plus for international interaction Strong knowledge of pastry, bakery, and chocolate/cocoa applications Understanding of industrial and semi-industrial production processes Experience with ingredient functionality, recipe formulation, and process optimization Ability to support scale-up from lab to production Hands-on, problem-solving approach Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, R&D;, and Marketing Strong organizational skills and autonomy #J-*****-Ljbffr
