Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you will drive Product Compliance and the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure quality, environmental, and safety performance.
You will collaborate across R&D;, Engineering, and Supply Chain to embed compliance into product development and procurement, maintain declarations and technical files, and monitor environmental regulations.
You will implement and sustain ISO-based frameworks and lead CAPA from audits and feedback.
This is a cross-functional, hybrid role with real impact on sustainability and compliance culture.

and identify gaps and corrective actions Support IMS implementation and maintenance (ISO ****, ISO *****, ISO *****, ISO *****, IRIS, MID) Document, communicate, and enforce IMS policies and procedures; drive CAPA from audits, non-conformities, and customer feedback Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field with focus on Quality, Environmental Science, or Sustainability Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate in international teams Good written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance topics Proficient in MS Office tools and quality/sustainability management platforms
