At the end of the internship program the Intern will be able to: /ppProcess reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or Email.
/ppIdentify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type.
/ppVerify availability of room type and rate.
/ppExplain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
/ppAccommodate and document special requests.
/ppAnswer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
/ppFollow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
/ppInput and access data in reservation system.
/ppIndicate special room reservation types by inputting the correct code and rate into the reservation system.
/ppFollow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.




/ppstrongWhat we're looking for /strong /pulliBachelor/Master Degree in Hospitality or humanities /liliFluent written and spoken English and Italian /liliKnowledge of Microsoft Office /liliPassion for luxury hospitality /liliTeam Work, communication and problem solving skills /liliCan-do attitude along with strong motivation and enthusiasm /liliPositive outlook and outgoing personality /li /ulpThis role requires compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards.
You may be required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
