You will serve as the central orchestrator between HQ and local execution teams, ensuring that each vehicle line is introduced with a high degree of commercial readiness, customer resonance, and operational alignment.
/ppYou will define launch strategies, adapt messaging, coordinate cross-functional teams, and shape the full-market activation of our EV and hybrid offerings in Italy.

/li /ulh3Professional Experience /h3ulliMinimum 5 years in the automotive industry, ideally within an OEM or importer environment; /liliProven track record of launching new products in the Italian market, especially in EV or hybrid segments; /liliStrong experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners (dealers, agencies, leasing firms).
/liliCommercially strategic, execution-driven, and highly collaborative; /liliDeep knowledge of Italian sales channels, consumer behavior, and automotive regulatory frameworks; /liliSkilled in market localization, campaign execution, and go-to-market project management.
