We are hiring HVAC Maintenance Technicians to provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards while providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

/li /ulh3Responsibilities: /h3ulliConduct Comfort Club and revenue maintenance calls as well as parts/component replacement calls.
/liliAccurately documents age and type of each system component on invoices, costs for services and services completed.
/liliDebrief service call with dispatch after each service call.
/liliInspection of area for cleanliness after job completion.
/liliMaintains company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.




/liliMaintain a professional image and a courteous demeanor with customers and associates at all times.
/liliFollow safety policies and procedures.
/liliAbiding by ALL One Hour standards of performance and code of ethics.
/liliRespecting the customer's property.
/liliParticipate in ALL company sponsored training classes.
/liliAssist in mentoring and training maintenance technicians.
/li /ulh3Qualifications: /h3ulliGED or High School Diploma /liliAssociate's degree in related field preferred /liliAbility to pass NATE Core Test /liliSolid communication and customer service skills /liliValid driver's license and a clean driving record /liliAbility to pass a background check and drug screen.
