/ph3About the Role /h3ulliBe responsible as finance business partner for monitoring RD project in coordination with Project Manager to explain, on a regular basis, cost and margin deviations.
Assure the right level of support in Monthly Project Review; /liliWork in coordination with Engineering, Project Manager and Strategic Planning departments to support planning, budgeting and forecasting process of RD projects.
Be able to build a close relationship with Engineering department, to assure the right level of support; /liliManage in coordination with Marketing return of investment process,



and assure RD policy compliance; /liliBe responsible for monitoring all RD costs at divisional level, closely working with foreign companies; /liliSupport monthly actual closing for emerging business; /liliMange and develop reporting system ensuring accurate and timely information on RD project costs, reason of variances, profitability of RD investments, percentage of completion on emerging business projects; /liliOccasionally support tax credit activities with appropriate reporting.
/li /ulh3What You Need to Be Successful /h3ulliBachelor's degree in business administration or management engineering; /liliFluent English; /lili5+ year experience in controlling department; /liliExperience with multinational manufacturing companies; /liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team; /liliWell-organized and able to meet tight deadlines; /liliSAP knowledge is preferential.
/li /ulh3Our Offer /h3pCompensation for this role includes a base salary starting from EUR ******, in line with experience.
The actual offer may exceed this minimum based on the candidate's qualifications and fit for the role.
The compensation package also includes a variable component in the form of an annual bonus, which can reach 8% of base salary at target.
/ppA range of additional benefits (e.g., insurances, etc.) is also available in accordance with Company policy.
The applicable collective agreement is the CCNL Metalmeccanico.
