Within the team, supporting the Product Marketing Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the following activities: /ph3Key Performance Areas /h3ulliSupport the Product Marketing team in planning and implementing marketing strategies for MAC, Bobbi Brown, and Smashbox in the Italian market /liliSupport the management of product launches, ensuring compliance with timelines and the marketing calendar /liliConduct market, competitor, and category trend analyses, preparing reports and presentations to support business decisions /liliMonitor sales performance (sell-in, sell-out, and category KPIs) and stock levels at points of sale /liliSupport in the definition and update of price lists, as well as the production of materials for the sales force (product master data, bulletins, commission copies, launch presentations) and in-store visibility materials (launch displays), liaising with external suppliers /liliCollaborate with the Consumer Marketing,
