/ph3What you will do /h3ullipLead system testing for Topcon Construction and Machine Control products.
/p /lilipPlan and perform bench, lab, and outdoor field testing on machines and equipment.
/p /lilipInvestigate technical issues, reproduce customer cases, and provide clear verification reports.
/p /lilipCollaborate with engineering, RD, software, hardware, product, and support teams to improve product quality.
/p /lilipMentor QA and System Test Engineers and contribute to better testing processes.
/p /li /ulh3What we are looking for /h3ullipExperience in QA, system testing, software testing, engineering, surveying, or another technical field.
/p /lilipStrong analytical and problem-solving skills,



with a methodical approach to testing.
/p /lilipMechanical and electrical aptitude, with interest in construction, agriculture, GPS/GNSS, or 3D machine control technologies.
/p /lilipAbility to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
/p /lilipGood English communication skills.
/p /lilipDriving licence required; experience with construction machinery is a plus.
