/p pReporting to the Bar Manager the role will be part of the FB team, proud to engage our guests and to create exquisite moments.

/p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liRepresent and be the face of the hotel/bar to all guests.
/li liGreet guests and present menu.
/li liStrong task and time management abilities.
/li liInteracting with guests with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
/li liPositive, engaging personality and professional appearance.
/li liCreate classics and innovative drinks exceeding guests' needs and expectations.
/li liAssess guests' needs and preferences and make recommendations.
/li liMake recommendations and answer all related inquiries.
/li liRecord drink orders accurately into Micros Record wastages.
/li liPrepare and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
/li liPeel, slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
/li liMix and garnish cocktails according to standard specs.
/li liRestock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
/li liServe snacks to guests seated at the bar.
/li liUp-sell drink and food to guests.
/li liRespond promptly to requests from guests in a polite and professional way.
/li liEye for detail and own initiative.
/li liAttempt to limit problems related to guests excessive drinking by following established procedures.
/li liProcess transactions using the POS system.
/li liPrepare checks for guests or open tabs.
/li liProcess guests payments,



or take tabs by using CC or room number.
/li liArrange glasses and bottles into attractive and functional displays.
/li liEnsure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas.
/li liComply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
/li liBalance the cash register at the start and close of each shift.
/li liOrder and restock bar inventory (Requisitions, fruit orders...).
/li liCreate drinks recipes Stay guests focused and provide excellent guests experience /li liHelp others when required.
/li liMaintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
/li liSupport all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.
/li liComply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
