Reporting to the Country CFO, you will take on a strategic leadership role with strong business impact, collaborating with international and EMEA stakeholders while driving and shaping business performance, transformation, and supporting strategic growth in a dynamic industrial environment.

/p h3About The Role /h3 pIn this role, you will drive financial planning, performance monitoring, and decision support across our Italian operations.
You will play a key role in ensuring financial transparency, improving profitability, and supporting operational excellence.
/p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liLead budgeting, forecasting, and long?term planning processes /li liDeliver accurate and insightful financial reporting to local and EMEA leadership /li liDrive performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities /li liOversee controlling activities across four manufacturing sites /li liStrengthen cost control, productivity, and profitability /li liAct as a strategic business partner to Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales /li liLead, develop, and inspire a high?performing controlling team /li liEnsure compliance with group policies and reporting standards /li liSupport strategic initiatives, investments, and transformation projects /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar /li li8–10+ years of experience in Controlling / FPA, ideally in manufacturing /li liProven leadership experience (min.



3–5 years managing teams) /li liStrong expertise in financial planning analysis, cost/plant controlling and standard costing, KPI development and performance management and investment evaluation and cash flow management /li liExperience in multinational environments /li liExcellent knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills /li liStrong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP /li liFluent Italian English required /li liFrench is a plus /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pWe offer a gross annual salary range of €57,500 – €71,900, level Quadro according to the "Gomma Plastica Industria" Italian CLA, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
