Identify, analyze and validate new cross-business synergy opportunities within the KGL ecosystem at intersection of telco, healthtech, ride-hailing and e-commerce services /lili

Initiate, structure and drive cross-functional synergy projects leveraging KGL assets, including Big Data, audiences, channels and digital platforms /lili

Organize, coordinate and align internal and external stakeholders /lili

Prepare, present and defend project concepts, commercial models and business cases /lili

Evaluate project feasibility, business impact and implementation scenarios /lili

Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, alignment, execution tracking, launch and follow-up /lili

Monitor project KPIs, timelines, dependencies and post-launch results /lili

Drive development of new Big Data products, partnerships, integrations and customer value proposition /lili

Analyze market trends, competitors and emerging Big Data/ AI opportunities /lili

Facilitate workshops and alignment meetings to accelerate decision-making and execution /lili

Drive collaboration and synergy between KGL companies to unlock new revenue streams and customer growth opportunities /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulli2+ years of experience in project management, product management, business development or consulting roles /lili





Experience managing cross-functional and multi-stakeholder projects /lili

Experience in telecom, adtech, healthtech, ride-hailing and/or e-commerce industries will be a plus /lili

Understanding of Agile/Scrum project delivery approaches and cross-functional collaboration models /lili

Understanding of Big Data, AI/ML and/or customer data platforms /lili

Ability to transform business ideas into structured initiatives, business cases and actionable execution plans /lili

Experience preparing business cases, presentations, project documentation and management reports /lili

Strong analytical, problem-solving and structured thinking skills /lili

Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills /lili

Ability to work in fast-changing environments and manage multiple parallel initiatives /lili

Proactive, self-driven and result-oriented mindset /lili
