/p h3Job Description /h3 pThe Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for attracting, screening, selecting, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet workforce needs, ensuring the organization acquires top talent that drives business success and growth.

/li liPartner with hiring managers to align job postings with job descriptions and hiring needs.
/li liSource candidates through databases, social media, job boards, colleges, and other recruiting channels.
/li liReview resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and job fit.
/li liConduct phone screens and interviews using effective selection tools and methodologies.
/li liEvaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, competencies, and cultural fit.
/li liSupport hiring managers throughout the candidate selection and decision-making process.
/li liNegotiate employment offers and facilitate the hiring process.
/li liCoordinate onboarding activities and employment documentation for new hires.
/li liEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
/li liDevelop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to support campus recruiting initiatives.
/li liAssist in the development, review, and updating of job descriptions and job specifications.
/li liMonitor recruiting metrics and apply talent acquisition best practices to improve hiring outcomes.
/li liBuild and maintain strong candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience.
/li liPromote and strengthen the organization's employer brand and reputation as an employer of choice.
/li liManage applicant tracking systems, candidate databases, and recruiting records.
/li liMaintain and update internal candidate pipelines and talent pools.
/li liContribute to strategic workforce planning, organizational development, diversity initiatives, and talent management programs.
/li liSupport HR planning, audits, organizational changes, and culture development initiatives.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
/li liStrong verbal and written communication skills.
/li liDemonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
/li liExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
/li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
/li liProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
/li liStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
