/p pIn this role, you will translate business and operational needs into executable digital projects, coordinating cross-functional teams that include Data Engineering, Data Science, IIoT, IT, Automation, and site stakeholders.
/p pYou will own execution, planning, risk management, and change management for assigned initiatives, ensuring that solutions are delivered safely, compliantly, and with verified business impact.
/p pThe position operates in a bmulti-site, matrix environment /b and works in close collaboration with technical domain leads and senior technical experts, while reporting directly to the PPI Digital Transformation leadership.

/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Digital Project Delivery /h3 ul liManage the full lifecycle of assigned digital initiatives, from opportunity framing through deployment and value realization.
/li liTranslate business needs into clear project charters, scope, milestones, resource plans, and success criteria, using PPI and Lean principles.
/li liBuild and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting; proactively identify risks and define mitigation actions.
/li liCoordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery.
/li /ul h3Digital Roadmap Portfolio Support /h3 ul liSupport the prioritization and sequencing of digital use cases in alignment with site strategy, PPI targets, and divisional roadmaps.
/li liProvide visibility on capacity, dependencies, and constraints across parallel initiatives to enable realistic planning.
/li liContribute to annual and multi-year digital planning activities.




/li /ul h3Business Case Benefits Realization /h3 ul liDevelop robust business cases for digital initiatives in collaboration with site functions.
/li liTrack benefits using a bottom-up approach aligned with site PPI savings plans.
/li liDefine and monitor KPIs for each initiative; ensure benefits are validated with Finance and business owners.
/li liProvide accurate input to digital and PPI performance reviews and dashboards.
/li /ul h3Stakeholder Engagement Change Management /h3 ul liAct as the primary point of contact for assigned digital initiatives at site level.
/li liLead change management activities, including stakeholder mapping, communication plans, training coordination, and adoption tracking.
/li liFacilitate workshops, Kaizens, and design sessions to define current state, future state, and implementation roadmaps.
/li liEnsure digital solutions are embedded into standard work and PPI routines, avoiding isolated pilots without sustained adoption.
/li /ul h3Governance, Compliance Standards /h3 ul liApply divisional PPI Digital governance models, standards, and templates consistently.
/li liEnsure alignment with IT/OT architecture, cybersecurity, data standards, and validation requirements.
/li liCoordinate with IT, OT, and Data Analytics teams to ensure data quality and compliance with GxP, data integrity, and privacy requirements.
/li /ul h3Site Collaboration Model /h3 pThe role supports digital initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites, operating in a bdistributed, cross-site model /b and collaborating with stakeholders across EU and APAC locations.
Occasional travel to sites may be required.




/p h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
/li lib5+ years of experience /b in project management, continuous improvement, operations, or digital transformation roles within manufacturing or regulated environments.
/li liProven experience delivering digital, automation, data/analytics, or manufacturing IT initiatives.
/li liStrong project management skills, including scope definition, planning, stakeholder management, and risk control.
/li liSolid understanding of GMP manufacturing and quality processes.
/li liFluency in English and Italian.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's degree in a relevant field.
/li liExperience in pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO, or other highly regulated industries.
/li liFamiliarity with MES, LIMS, historians, data platforms, and BI tools.
/li liExperience with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches.
/li liLean / Six Sigma / PPI certification (Green Belt or equivalent).
/li liFormal project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
/li liChange management certification (e.g. PROSCI).
