/pulliDirect the delivery of complex patient experience studies and related evidence-generation initiatives /liliLead strategic planning and operational execution across large studies, programs, portfolios, and client accounts /liliServe as executive operational sponsor and senior relationship lead for assigned client accounts /liliBuild and maintain trusted sponsor and client relationships; lead senior-level delivery discussions /liliOversee development and execution of integrated study and portfolio management plans /liliMonitor project performance, budgets, timelines, resources, and quality /liliDrive best practices, process improvement,
