/p pTo support this ambition, we are looking for an bIndustrial Controller /b to join our Finance team at one of our largest and most successful sterile injectable sites: the Monza plant (2,000 employees).
/p pReporting to the Sr Finance Manager, you will have the following main responsibilities: /p ul lipSupport the site's Annual Operational Plan (AOP) and monthly Forecast processes focusing on material costs, payroll/headcount and opex /p /li lipMonitor and analyze the actual manufacturing costs variances (labor, materials, overhead) versus AOP and Forecast /p /li lipMonitor and analyze monthly the labor costs variance drivers versus AOP and Forecast /p /li lipLead the annual Product Costing cycle in SAP /p /li lipMonitor the inventory levels and lead the related optimization initiatives (working capital improvement)



/p /li lipPerform the monthly inventory obsolescence analysis /p /li lipBe the finance reference for the annual physical inventory count /p /li lipSupport the preparation of the monthly business reviews and the discussions with site leadership team /p /li lipPerform ad-hoc financial analysis and lead from a finance perspective the projects linked to the related area of responsibility /p /li lipSupport the financial processes simplification and digitalization /p /li /ul h3Location /h3 pMonza (Italy) /p h3Requirements/Qualifications /h3 ul lipBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics /p /li lip5+ years of relevant Finance experience (pharmaceutical sector is a plus) /p /li lipProven experience in controlling / FPA within a manufacturing environment /p /li lipSolid knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, Workforce Planning tools, and Microsoft Office / PowerBI /p /li lipFluency in English /p /li lipStrong ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels /p /li lipProactive mindset, with strong curiosity and interest in the business /p /li /ul pThermo Fisher Scientific is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
