Sector: Sports Entertainment | Construction Consultancy Our client is a leading international project management consultancy specialising in the delivery of world-class sports stadiums, entertainment venues and major capital projects.
Having successfully delivered over $50 billion of projects globally, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team delivering a prestigious new stadium development in Milan.
Acting as the Client's Representative, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of this landmark project, managing the programme from design through construction, commissioning and final handover.
Working closely with the client, design consultants and contractors, you will ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the delivery of a major stadium project on behalf of the client from inception through to completion.
/liliCoordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
/liliDevelop and manage project programmes, budgets, procurement activities and risk registers.
/liliReview drawings, specifications and technical documentation to ensure project objectives are achieved.
/liliMonitor construction progress, programme performance and project quality.




/liliManage procurement of client-direct packages, specialist equipment and long-lead items.
/liliCoordinate project change management, RFIs, technical queries and design development.
/liliSupport testing, commissioning, practical completion and project handover.
/liliChair project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior stakeholders and the client.
/liliEnsure the highest standards of health, safety and quality are maintained throughout the project.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience as a Project Manager delivering major construction projects.
/liliPrevious experience on stadiums, sports venues, commercial, mixed-use, infrastructure or other large-scale developments.
/liliDegree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
/liliStrong understanding of project delivery, procurement, programme management and contract administration.
/liliAbility to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts and construction programmes.
/liliExcellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
/liliExperience working in a client-facing or consultancy environment is advantageous.
/liliWillingness to be based in Milan for the duration of the project.
