/p pActivities mainly contribute to the high voltage bushings design and product development.
The role includes also tasks linked to technical continuous improvement of existing products with focus on material cost?out, design for manufacturing and standardization.
Mandatory support for root cause analysis to improve product quality.
Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work if the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).
