To support this growth, the organisation is strengthening its European project delivery team and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex customer projects from contract award through to commissioning and final handover.
/p h3The Opportunity /h3 pThe Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of customer projects involving power solutions for Data Centre applications across Europe.
/p pWorking within an international matrix organisation, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with contractual, technical and customer requirements.
/p pYou will manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, coordinating internal teams, customers, EPC contractors, suppliers and technology partners throughout the entire project lifecycle.
/p pThis role combines technical project leadership with strong commercial and financial ownership, ensuring excellent governance, stakeholder management and successful project execution.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Project Delivery /h3 ul liLead Data Centre power solution projects from contract award through commissioning and final handover.
/li liDevelop and implement comprehensive project execution plans aligned with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
/li liMonitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
/li liEnsure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.
/li /ul h3Planning Coordination /h3 ul liDevelop integrated project schedules and delivery roadmaps.
/li liCoordinate Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Service and Commercial teams.
/li liManage resources, priorities and critical project milestones across several concurrent projects.
/li liMaintain effective governance throughout the project lifecycle.




/li /ul h3Supplier Partner Management /h3 ul liCoordinate external suppliers and strategic delivery partners.
/li liManage interfaces with EPC contractors, electrical infrastructure suppliers, battery manufacturers, commissioning specialists, engineering consultants and logistics providers.
/li liMonitor supplier performance and resolve delivery issues to minimise execution risks.
/li /ul h3Commercial Financial Management /h3 ul liTake ownership of project financial performance.
/li liManage budgets, forecasts, profitability and cash flow.
/li liAdminister change orders, contractual variations and commercial obligations.
/li liDeliver accurate project reporting and financial governance.
/li /ul h3Lifecycle Costing Commercial Analysis /h3 ul liSupport lifecycle costing and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) assessments.
/li liUnderstand customer business cases and investment drivers.
/li liCollaborate with Commercial and Finance teams to optimise long-term project value.
/li liWork within projects involving complex contractual and financing structures.
/li /ul h3Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liAct as the primary project contact throughout project execution.
/li liBuild strong relationships with customers, EPC organisations, consultants and key stakeholders.
/li liLead project review meetings and executive progress updates.
/li liEnsure clear communication across all internal and external teams.
/li /ul h3Cross-Functional Leadership /h3 ul liCoordinate multidisciplinary teams across Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain and Aftermarket functions.
/li liPromote collaboration across international teams to ensure successful delivery.

/li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering complex engineering or mission-critical infrastructure projects within international environments.
/p pThe ideal candidate combines excellent project execution skills with strong commercial awareness,



financial acumen and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across long and technically demanding project lifecycles.
/p h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related technical discipline.
/li li6–10 years of experience delivering complex industrial, energy or mission-critical infrastructure projects.
/li liExperience within one or more of the following sectors: /li liData Centres /li liCritical Power /li liPower Generation /li liBattery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) /li liElectrical Infrastructure /li liIndustrial Energy Solutions /li liProven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with significant technical and commercial complexity.
/li liExperience working with international customers and multidisciplinary project teams.
