/liliAnalyze customer requirements to develop competitive, compliant, and profitable proposal strategies.
/liliCoordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Legal, Finance, and Sales teams to deliver high-quality bids on time.
/liliDevelop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimation, pricing strategies, risk assessment, and contractual reviews.
/liliProvide support to the Sales Team throughout the bidding phase, assisting with customer interface, clarifications, presentations and negotiations.
/liliEnsure a seamless handover of awarded projects to execution teams while supporting business growth and enhancing customer engagement.
/li /ulh3What You Bring /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
/liliA minimum of 5 years of experience in Proposal Management, Tender Management, Technical Sales or Bid Management for complex projects within the energy sector is preferred.
/liliStrong technical and commercial acumen, including expertise in cost estimation, risk assessment,



contract management, and pricing strategy.
/liliProven project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
/liliAbility to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
/liliExcellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem?solving capabilities.
/liliFluency in Italian and English, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project).
/liliTravel may be required for client meetings and project engagements.
