/ph3Our Team /h3pThe Digital Automation team develops and manages the main digital touchpoints, including the mobile app as the primary channel for customer interaction, the public website and B2B and B2C customer areas, as well as ecosystems for self-service, sales, and engagement.
At the center of this landscape stands the new E.ON App, which represents the cornerstone of the company's digital strategy in Italy: it acts as the key touchpoint to enable customer relationships, accelerate self-service adoption, enhance the user experience, and unlock new commercial opportunities, including those driven by AI and personalization.
/ppWithin this context, we are looking for a Web Software Engineer to contribute to the evolution of E.ON's web channels,



with a particular focus on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.
/ppThe role involves front-end development, configuration and evolution of AEM-based solutions, integration with enterprise systems, and ongoing collaboration with the UX, marketing, and business teams, as well as with Group stakeholders (Germany and other European regions) to ensure architectural consistency, adoption of common guidelines, and leveraging international synergies.
/ppWe are also looking for someone capable of working independently and with end-to-end responsibility, contributing to the technical direction of digital initiatives and also leading teams of external vendors, coordinating their activities, monitoring delivery quality, and ensuring alignment with corporate technology and design standards.
