About the Role:

Xperience Xscape Travels is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Virtual Travel Planner-Italy. In this role, you will assist clients with vacation planning, booking support, destination information, and general travel assistance. You do not need prior travel industry experience — we provide complete training to help you succeed.

- Assist clients with travel questions through email, chat, or phone

- Provide basic travel information such as destinations, accommodations, and requirements

- Support booking modifications, cancellations, or updates

- Gather traveler preferences to help plan vacations

- Send confirmations, itineraries, and follow-up messages

- Take notes and maintain accurate records

- Provide friendly, professional customer service





- Learn and use the travel tools provided during training
