/p ul liAnalyse technical requirements and functional specifications for new embedded and mechatronic devices.
/li liDesign, develop, and test embedded firmware in C for microcontroller platforms.
/li liDevelop and integrate wired communication interfaces and connectivity functions.
/li liPerform firmware debugging, troubleshooting, optimisation, laboratory testing, and validation, working closely with Hardware, Electronics, and Connectivity teams and maintaining the related technical documentation.
/li /ul h3What We Expect From You /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Engineering.
/li li2+ years of experience in embedded firmware development.
/li liStrong programming skills in C and C++ and hands-on experience with microcontrollers.
/li liGood knowledge of real-time embedded-system architectures.
/li liExperience with firmware debugging, troubleshooting, optimisation, testing, and validation.
/li liAbility to use laboratory instruments for testing and troubleshooting activities.
/li liExperience with actuator control, closed-loop control systems, and communication interfaces is preferred.
/li liKnowledge of wireless connectivity and IoT integration is considered a plus.
/li liClear and structured communication, cross-functional collaboration, analytical thinking, prioritisation, and results orientation.
/li liAbility to work autonomously, take ownership, and operate effectively in an innovative, fast-evolving environment.
/li liGood command of Italian and English language.




/li liWillingness to travel and relocate will be considered a plus.

/li /ul h3What You Can Expect From Us /h3 pThe position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary - RAL) will be no less than €******, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce - Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
