ph3Digital Engineering Product Lifecycle Senior Consultant /h3 pJoin us as a Digital Engineering Product Lifecycle Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent, focusing on driving innovation in RD, product development, and digital transformation. /p h3YOUR ROLE /h3 ul liProvide expert advice, analysing business problems and developing data‑driven strategies. /li liGuide implementation to improve client performance, managing projects in RD, Product Development and New Product Introduction, and in Digital Process improvement leveraging technologies (PLM, Simulation, AI, Digital Twin) and methodologies (DFX, MSD/MBSE, Agile/ASPICE). /li liStrategic Advisory: Analyse client data, identify issues and propose solutions to meet strategic goals in RD – from Cost Reduction to Product Development, from PLM/ALM to Digital Twin. /li liProject Leadership: Manage project lifecycles, define scope, oversee deliverables, budgets and timelines. /li liSolution Development: Create actionable plans for RD improvement, operational excellence or digital transformation. /li liImplementation Change Management: Drive execution of new processes, technologies and methodologies, supporting the organization to embrace change and fostering adoption. /li liClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships with C‑levels in the RD field, lead meetings and present findings. /li liAnalytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse complex data and situations. /li liCommunication: Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills. /li liTeam Leadership:
