You will play a key role in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and implementing solutions that support sustainable business practices. /p pAlthough the role is based at our Italy offices, this is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact in successfully implementing our Building and Fire Codes strategy internationally, supporting our clients in meeting their sustainability goals and accessing global markets. /p pAs a UL GMA Knowledge Associate, you will: /p ul lipKey expert contact for compliance requirements required to access to specific countries and/or programs. /p /li lipProvide point-of-access support to address any local acceptance issues. /p /li lipTrack regulatory trends and communicate upcoming regulatory changes. /p /li lipIdentify business opportunity and translate them in a simple manner to stakeholders from COU. /p /li lipCoordinate research/studies including multiple products, regulations, countries independently. /p /li lipSupports actions related to GMA business expansion scope, track opportunity and business results from COUs. /p /li lipRead and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices. /p /li lipPerform other duties as directed. /ppThe ideal candidate has the following qualifications:



/p /li lipMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Building and Fire Codes /p /li lipDeep knowledge of the TIC business and the industries in which the business functions. /p /li lipAble to connect the regulation rules with customer needs and business opportunities. /p /li lipNatural influencing skills, confident and be able to deliver the message. /p /li lipAbility to network and build relationship with internal and external stakeholders and lead/facilitate collaboration toward a common goal. /p /li lipAble to deal in the ambiguity and take decisions, support customer in understanding their problem and provide valid solutions based on their knowledge schemes and past experiences. /p /li lipExperienced and knowledgeable for specific areas of regulations. /p /li lipExcellent in communication, able to summarize requirements and describe with easy word difficult concept, network builder. /p /li lipBachelors Degree Engineering,or other specialization based on the specific coverage, preferred. /ppWhat we offer: /ppWe understand that remuneration and benefits are important when deciding on your next career move. The annual salary range for this position is EUR 31.200 - 41.500 gross, determined by numerous factors, including knowledge, skills, and experience (Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA): Commerce Sector - Job Classification Level: Level 3).
