In this role, you will own and deliver analytical and automation projects that contribute to the overall 3P Transportation and wider Amazon business goals — generating lasting efficiency gains for the organisation. /p pYou will work with large, complex datasets to identify patterns, surface opportunities, and build automated solutions that reduce manual effort across the network. Depending on business need, the role may involve developing analytics in areas such as Quality Management, Capacity Planning, Speed Enhancement, or Continuous Improvement across our 3P carrier network. /p pThe role involves partnering with Program Managers and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical deliverables. We fulfil hundreds of millions of units to customers every year from across our complex network. The team manages the relationships, volume flows, and execution of our AFN 3P carrier partners — including Postal, Parcel, and Express carriers — both domestically in‑country and cross‑border. 3P Transportation Execution is responsible for ensuring these shipments are delivered on time, at the first‑time rate, in the fastest speed, in the ways customers want them, and at the lowest cost.
/p h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance, or equivalent quantitative field. /li liExperience in a highly analytical, results‑oriented environment with cross‑functional interactions. /li liKnowledge of SQL. /li liExperience in one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Perl). /li liExperience with AI/ML technologies. /li liExperience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non‑technical leaders. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in automation and programming. /li liExperience using managed ML/AI solutions. /li liExperience in Amazon Redshift and other AWS technologies. /li liExperience in transportation operations and industry knowledge. /li liExperience managing projects and working independently. /li liExperience developing tools, reports, process maps, scorecards, and data visualizations that improve the current systems used for understanding the business and making decisions. /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
