/ppWe are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist (Network Security) to support the technology initiatives of the IT Infrastructure team at Keywords.
They will be responsible for follow-the-sun delivery and support of Network services, prompt reaction on all network infrastructure incidents as 2nd line support and cooperation with other infrastructure teams for resolution.

/liliIdentify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements.
/liliCreate and maintain technical documentation on all system designs and configurations, troubleshooting procedures.
/liliOversee network security measures and identifies potential risks to ensure sufficient mechanisms are in place to protect systems and data.
/liliDesign, deploy, and support LANs, WANs, network appliances, load balancers, routers, switches, and other hardware.




/liliImplement best practices and lessons learned from initiatives and projects to optimize future outcomes.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3h3Skills Experience Required /h3ulliBachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
/liliStrong understanding of IT Infrastructure technologies, standards, and trends.
/liliStrong technical background with 3+ years' experience in a Network Administration role delivering network infrastructure systems, security and support.
/liliStrong technical knowledge of network equipment – switches, routers (Cisco, Dell, HP,) firewalls.
/liliStrong technical knowledge of organizing WiFi setups.
/liliStrong understanding of IPsec VPN setup, site-to-site tunnels, and troubleshooting.
/liliUnderstanding of all aspects of design and implementation of corporate networking and systems infrastructure, including MPLS, VPN, network connectivity, Internet access.
/liliProficiency with switching and routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, route maps, Access Control Lists, route redistribution, path selection, and traffic engineering.
/liliExperience with LAN/WAN/SD-WAN design and architecture.
/liliStrong understanding of infrastructure change management.
/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT infrastructure issues.
/liliWork with vendors and service providers to resolve escalated issues.
/liliMaintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
/li /ulh3Desirable /h3ulliHands-on experience with firewall configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting.
/liliExperience with RAS VPN configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting across user devices.
/liliExperience integrating GlobalProtect with authentication mechanisms such as LDAP, SAML, and MFA.
