/p h3Where is the work: /h3 pOn-Site (5 days) /p h3HVAC Equipment Application Engineer - Roma/Milano /h3 h3Job Summary /h3 pThe Equipment Application Engineer is responsible for selecting and sizing units based on the specific requirements of each application and providing technical support throughout all project phases, from early design through installation.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul lipProvide technical guidance and consultancy to Sales Engineers and customers on equipment and hydronic systems.
/p /li lipPrepare technical and commercial proposals for Trane equipment and auxiliary equipment.
/p /li lipPropose innovative technical solutions, including basic schematics and control logic for advanced chilled and hot water plants.
/p /li lipProvide guidance and training to the sales network on software and products.
/p /li lipPrepare and deliver technical product presentations.
/p /li lipConduct webinars and live seminars for customers.
/p /li lipCheck the technical compliance of received orders.
/p /li lipUpdate CRM records accurately and regularly.
/p /li lipCooperate with internal teams such as Sales and Customer Care,



as well as external stakeholders including designers, end users, and contractors.
/p /li /ul h3Qualifications and Expectations /h3 ul lipDegree in Engineering, preferably in Thermodynamics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
/p /li lipGood knowledge of the fundamental concepts of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
/p /li lipGood sales and customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
/p /li lipGood communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different groups, including customers and clients.
/p /li lipProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
/p /li lipLanguages: Italian and fluent English.
