/p pAs a bMaintenance Official /b, you will assist the Maintenance Manager with day?to?day activities and be responsible for the proper operation, maintenance, and inspection of all mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment, ensuring that all standards are met.
/p h3What will you do?
/h3 ul liAssist the maintenance manager in day?to?day work and oversee preventive maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
/li liCarry out corrective maintenance activities in a timely and efficient manner.
/li liAssist in the implementation of security measures and supervise availability of necessary permits.
/li liOrganize with the manager proposals for investment, replacement, and adjustment of contracts with vendors.
/li liSupport the maintenance manager in organizing the duties and maintenance activities of external vendors in the hotel, and coordinate these activities with all departments involved.
/li liCollaborate in the control and follow?up of energy consumption and maintenance costs (e.g., water and electricity).
/li liAssist in setting up meeting rooms (audiovisuals, lighting, etc.).
/li liSolve guest incidents and issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
/li /ul h3What are we looking for?
/h3 ul liAt least 2?3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in the hotel or service industry of similar size and complexity.
/li liVocational training in electrical and electronics, HVAC, industrial maintenance, or related fields.




/li liFluency in the local language is a must; knowledge of English is highly valuable.
/li liKnowledge in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electric and electronic systems.
/li liWorking knowledge of various computer software programs (Microsoft Office, etc.).
/li liOrganized and proactive.
/li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
/li liAbility to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
